Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our ambitious Consumer Healthcare division Marketing team (OTC drugs, food supplements, and medical devices markets). In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies for a portfolio of consumer products. You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from market analysis to the development of launch plans, up to the management of promotional and communication activities.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis;
- Definition of product positioning and marketing strategies;
- Development and implementation of integrated marketing plans (advertising, promotions, point of sale, digital);
- Management of the marketing budget;
- Collaboration with internal company functions (trade marketing, sales, medical, regulatory) and external agencies;
- Monitoring product performance and analyzing results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or management disciplines. Candidates with a scientific background will also be considered, provided they have consolidated their skills in data analysis and marketing through studies or work experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector;
- Strong results orientation and analytical skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel proficiency is a prerequisite, including a solid familiarity with core functionalities, Power Point for presentations);
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a team;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to approach complexity with order and awareness of timelines.
